Sep 21, 2003 This was so beautiful. I love reading any stories post-"The Gift" and I've read takes on Buffy's burial before, but I don't think I ever read a fic that was *only* devoted to the burial before.
The imagery you created is dazzling. Things like Dru and all her jewelry, Spike & Xander digging, and Dawn kissing the casket are images that'll stay with me.
